The Hylton Memorial Chapel (HMC) policies, fees, and Application for Use Agreement are provided here for your convenience. If you would like to receive an Application Package to lease HMC for an event or desire more information, please contact us by telephone, fax, or email. We must receive a completed Application Form, signed, with a $50.00 Application Fee, before we can take any preparatory actions. In addition to the Application for Use Agreement, there are now two special Applications for Use: a Funeral Application and a Banquet - Reception Application.

Equipment Lists
Hylton Memorial Chapel owns, maintains, and operates some production equipment to better serve our clients. Currently, our sound, lighting, and video systems are designed to facilitate large church services including choirs, worship teams, worship bands, solos, and preaching. With minor supplementation, the system can accommodate simple concerts that do not require high sound pressure levels.

If you are looking at booking an event at Hylton Memorial Chapel, please consider that our production equipment is not capable of handling a full-scale concert for a national act. We are currently increasing our inventory of equipment and hope to move in the direction of offering our clients full production services in the future. However, concerts or festivals will require the rental of production equipment and labor at the client's expense.

Depending on contractual agreement, use of Hylton Memorial Chapel production equipment may accrue charges above and beyond building use fees. Hylton Memorial Chapel reserves the right to refuse use of any or all equipment at its own discretion. HMC also reserves the right to insist on HMC staff member operation of both HMC equipment and rentals made under HMC's name.
